She received her Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law in 2013. Prior to joining DeFrancisco & Falgiatano Law Firm, Ms. Badalian was a medical malpractice and personal injury attorney in a prominent New York City law firm where she managed over 130 medical malpractice cases from inception to trial reaching several multi-million-dollar settlements. Ms. Badalian then held the position of senior associate attorney and co-chairperson of the medical malpractice department at a New Jersey law firm.
